About Me
Motion Designer. Editor. Video Maker.
I am the whole package: a video and sound editor, sourcer of music and footage, color corrector, and motion graphics designer who is always looking ahead towards the newest trends in content creation. Over the years I have designed and edited content for prestigious clients and companies such as Bloomberg Media, Speedo, Redken, Meredith Corporation, Dow Jones, and Hearst Magazines Digital Media. Most recently, I served as lead motion designer for Buzzfeed News’ ground-breaking morning show that aired daily on Twitter, where I was functioning as a one-woman graphics department, designing their lower third package, show opener, still and moving elements for social media promotion, templates for daily assets, numerous on-air segment openers and sponsor graphics for companies such as Google, Toyota, Wendy’s and Nissan, and editing on-air interviews. My former Creative Director says of me:
"Amy and I have worked together for over 2 years and she has been a vital part of my team in various capacities at BuzzFeed News as a motion designer. She was pivotal to the launch of our 1-hour live show on Twitter, AM to DM, and fulfilling the graphics requests day-to-day. Amy's a self-starter and single-handedly would manage stakeholders with speed and ease. Amy was/is a great team player and always sought to use her talents and skills to elevate everything she was working on. I have no hesitation in endorsing Amy for your team."
